I really want to write a long form article detailing my personal journey with the franchise after I complete Prime 4. It’s still surreal to me that it’s finally here but the wait itself has shaped so much of my life and I really don’t feel it’s an exaggeration to say that.

I don’t really give Metacritic scores too much value anyways but I think in the case of Metroid Prime 4, I especially don’t care. The last new mainline release for the series was almost 20 years ago. The people reviewing this game experienced a completely different era of video games.

Jsut finished Expedition 33 and can confidently say it’s GOTY. I had Metaphor Refantazio as one of my favorite games ever and this is better than that. Turn based RPGs are so good. It’s also unreal this game was made by such a small team.

Finding this out confirmed to me that my overall care for Hulk in the MCU is dead. He’s my favorite comic character but they’ve butchered him beyond repair in the MCU and I just feel apathetic towards announcements like this.
