⠀ “The view really is beautiful and peaceful—I often find myself admiring it for hours.” For someone constantly thrown into dangerous missions, such view could really be refreshing for Kafka. Though he wouldn’t admit it aloud, he was glad she could find a moment of peace aboard the Express. (↓) ⠀

⠀ “Confidential data isn’t easy to access. I’m just showing you basic information we’ve collected during our missions.” He quickly dismissed any potential concern the blonde might have. He was cautious—he would never reveal anything confidential to someone he wasn’t sure he could trust. (↓) ⠀

⠀ As she ate the cake, Dan Heng began to reflect on his situation—sharing a peaceful moment with a Stellaron Hunter was definitely unexpected. "I'm glad you liked it." His gaze lingered on her, following her eyes as they drifted toward the window. It was clear she had something on her mind. (↓) ⠀

⠀ “Indeed. Good for them.” Accessing some of the public data stored in the databank, Dan Heng displayed a few of the entries to Aventurine—weapons, people, factions. Everything was there. (↓) ⠀

⠀ “Sure.” After finally finding the recipe for her desired cake, he took note of all the ingredients so he could start baking it soon. “...Best friend?” The word definitely caught his attention, but he decided not to question it too much. (↓) ⠀

⠀ “Please, there’s no need to apologize. I understand.” Gently squeezing his hand, as if to reassure him that everything was okay, Dan Heng began guiding him through the crowded streets. “You can trust me. I’ll be your eyes for the time being.” (↓) ⠀

⠀ “Very well.” Stepping forward, he began searching through the countless disks in the collection until he selected one he liked—Samudrartha. “This one… holds a lot of meaning.” He explained, his mind drifting as he listened to the lyrics. “I used to dislike it, but I’ve grown to enjoy it.” ⠀

⠀ Surprise overtook him as he was suddenly hugged, nearly losing his balance from the impact—he hadn’t expected it. As she stepped back, he simply nodded at her instructions. Returning to his room, he grabbed only the essentials: his pillow, duvet, and pajamas. (↓) ⠀

⠀ He noticed how Aventurine was intently focused on the available music tracks. "You seem really interested in music—perhaps it's a hobby? You also seem to be a perfectionist even with small things." (↓) ⠀
