Dr. Joanne Beames co-authored a study in Australia on a school-based digital program for adolescent depression. Results showed no reduction in depressive symptoms compared to a control group, highlighting the need for school-specific implementation and tailored interventions. #YouthMentalHealth

🚨 How well do anxious adolescents bounce back from stress? This new paper by Lachowicz et al finds that youth with higher anxiety take longer to recover. Prolonged stress can have lasting effects, but Ecological Momentary Interventions may offer real-time support to build resilience. Check it out! 📣
