Today is somehow the 15th anniversary of Nier. This is the series that introduced me to the wild mind of @yokotaro.bsky.social. What other series has you hacking and slashing monsters one minute, then playing a text adventure the next, and then wrapping up with a 2D shooter? It's the best.
