2025 had a lot of ups and downs. I finally make halfway decent money in VO! I'm not living comfortably, but now I can make repairs to my little home thats falling apart 😅 I also love the people I'm working with! And I feel a sense of support I've been too shy to pursue.

There's a lot going on and it can reduce you to exposed nerve. But what I find helps is hobbies, projects, checking in with people asking how they're doing and committing to being present in that moment for however long it takes. Take/make the time to heal yourself and others (when you can). 🫂
