2025, you have been magnificent! I have seen some wonderful shows and experienced some great joys. I don't see as many shows as a lot of people, but I do as much as I can. Theatre has always been my happy place, and so much of this year has been shared with friends, old and new ❤️

I don't make New Year's resolutions, but I am having thoughts that I want to try and set aside an hour each day to read. I read a lot for research for my shows, but that's dipping. I want big picture, and I want my brain to have time off from the shows.

I made a ridiculous mistake in show 205, so I have taken it down to edit whilst I have a strong word with myself. I am not sure if I am more depressed that I made such a stupid error (in a subject that I know very well) or that nobody noticed. 😭

It is not as easy as you think it would be finding 15ish shows to play in an hour show. I need variety, balance, something interesting to say, some news to impart, s'thing exciting to open with, s'thing dramatic to close, s'thing familiar, s'thing rare & they must work together
