Nasra Ahmed, a 23-year-old US citizen, was arrested and detained by ICE. She was held for TWO DAYS. ICE agents handcuffed her, called her a racial slur, and she was knocked to the ground so hard she got a concussion. This cannot continue happening. ICE needs to leave.

Every so often a photo appears in the news that really knocks me out. This is Liam Ramos, a 5 years old, coming home from school and being kidnapped by ICE. This is outright fascism. I can't wait for the day where they're all in The Hague, claiming they were just following orders.

I did a lüften on my house today. My breathing had been terrible recently and I wondered if it was from keeping the same air trapped inside, dusty, dry, cat hair filled air. So I opened up the windows and let the air flow. And went for a walk. Hope it works.

The Loft - Marlen Haushofer Sad and dark and strange. The narrator has past trauma, and a current life where she feels obliged to continue as a housewife, despite the happy years having ended. I love Haushofer’s writing style. She analyses things in strangest ways, it feels honest and personal.

I’m listening to an audiobook about Women and Autism, there are a lot of quotes from late diagnosed women, who say diagnosis was the best day of their life and how much their life changed for the positive, that they are glad they were NOT diagnosed earlier, and I just cannot relate to it at all.
