Challenged myself to do a drawing of a bird in an hour aand so I picked one of my fav lil bowerboyos :> it's not great but I'm gonna post it anyway just so this profile isn't so inactive. Was at least nice to get myself to sit down and doodle something too, especially one of my fav birds <3

Did another art gift exchange event but this time for spooky month! My gift recipient was @foxovh.bsky.social again so I decided to do a little witch themed piece of their Black-Backed Jackal character, Rene :> No shading since a cold has been kicking my butt, but I still like how it turned out.

Started messing around with this again. Decided I'm going to use it as a "fuck around and find out" playground for messing with line weights the next time I sit down and work on it :>

I'm not dead! Gonna try to get back in the saddle. Did a warmup rough sketch tonight of SNAKE LADY doing the BIG SUCC to my bowerbird. Proportions aren't great but eh, it's a start :> hopefully I can get myself back to where I was soon.

I participated in a summer art exchange this past month! It was done secret-santa style and for mine I got to draw @foxovh.bsky.social's Carmine at the beach ^v^ I had a ton of fun working on this one, and learned more about lighting in the process :> very proud of my progress. I hope ya'll enjoy!

Got back to art finally :> made sure to honor my post to at least get myself to sit back down this weekend. I adjusted some anatomy stuff from the last post and worked a bit on some line weights. Nothing crazy but I wanted to give myself some fucking around with lil things to get back in the saddle~

Now that the holiday business is out of the way I gotta get back to art uvu gonna make a lil post here to hold myself accountable, I will sit down and do art things, if not tonight than at least this weekend :>
