It's important to remember that prompt filling of open seats is essential to swift and fair justice. Blocking nominees for political reasons is a tool used by the right to break the courts.

Important to remember that the vast majority of Americans don't know what democracy means, or fascism. Using these terms and the words provoke reaction. Some might deny an affiliation, even though they agree with the meanings. We must build civic literacy so we can begin discussions.

We need an HHS Secretary who respects science and does not make policy based on conspiracy theories. Vaccines are safe and effective. Kennedy is threatening the health of our kids and all Americans. He must resign.

This is a simply broken system. The next time Dems are asked if they are "capitalists" the response needs to reference that in capitalism businesses face consequences and don't pass on their losses to public. And in capitalism workers are allowed to demand fair value for their labor.

I know we don't have what we need to survive this. What we need has been taken away over the past 5 decades. We need states to start building their own life boats, then lashing those lifeboat together with other like-minded states.

Why are prior approvals from insurance companies legal? Why are they allowed to deny services recommended by doctors? They can't leave the market. Where are they going to go? There's no other country which relies on private health insurance. So ban the practice and cap their rates.

Every question to Republicans should be, how does an authoritarian dictatorship support American values? Every question to democrats should be, How do you plan to get us out of this?
