Fascinating story by @eloisegoldsmith.bsky.social. The Crime Victim's Fund supports programs for victims of rape, domestic violence, & child abuse. It's funded by penalties from DOJ criminal prosecutions. But a big chunk of it is being claimed by *another* crime victim's fund.
