celeste for example was created to fit into an already created world (shaman king), but she has many things and traits i like… so it’d be a little bit if both yuuki and niko were 100% self indulgence but their story has gotten out if hand and now it’s bigger than i ever intended

yuuki didn’t have a favorite color until he meet niko. it was like everything, every color of creation, was beautiful in itself in his eyes. turned out he just hadn’t held niko’s gaze yet. niko’s favorite color was black, but he’s starting to appreciate the warmth if orange now.

niko pretends he’s fine, like it doesn’t matter to him having to spend eternity doing his job as a demon, having to forever be tied to temptation in order to avoid going back down to hell. he’s fine, he really is. it’s just the price to pay for the false sense of freedom he gets living on earth

probably any of the crazy stories austin tell yuuki and kayla. she is used to austin’s dramatic and exaggerated tales but yuuki finds everything hilarious (me soft launching two new characters on yuuki and niko’s story: austin and kayla, yuuki’s human friends)

i would actually love to see mika and niko in this🤣 but it’d most likely end in disaster…. the thing is yuuki would urge them to try and they both would actually do it for him (he’s impossible to say no to when he uses THAT look).. in the end, they just don’t get along at all 😔
