ADHD assesment booked for next week. 🤷‍♀️

So I finally got the paperwork to fill in for getting an ADHD assessment. Had to send one to people that knew me 'before the age of 12'. Sadly it's been over 35 years since then, and they're undiagnosed but probably on the spectrum themselves. So they amswered 'NO' To Every Question. 😓 I'm cooked.

I've started regularly doing sit-ups and climbing the stairs repeatedly. Today I went up and down them twenty times in a row, up two at a time. Had me breathing heavy and my legs feeling it. Probabally sounds pathetic, but I figure it's better than nothing.

The only person to come out of the SPeggie/NHS tribunal vindicated and with a completely untarnished reputation is Dr Beth Upton. Not SPeggie, Not the NHS management, Not Four Women Scotland, Not the media, Just Dr Upton.

Asking for advice... It's 10 days since my last lazer session, so I'm periodically sliding my hand across my face, trying to apply just enough friction to encourage the dead hairs to slide free. It's slow, it chafes, and I haven't found an exfoliator that can do the job beter. Any suggestions?
