I got thru these phases where nothings sounds good to eat. Nothing sounds satisfying. I end up forcing myself to eat something and it's just a bummer.

I went to petco today to look at algae scrubbers and saw that they were selling a pack of frickin melamine sponges (magic erasers). I said "oh for fuck's sake" to myself, went home, got a fresh melamine sponge out of the box in my bathroom and proceeded to have the easiest time scrubbing algae ever

I ate a bunch of Mac n cheese and now my tummy hurts T.T

Socially acceptable eating disorders guised as "healthy living" makes my soul tired. (Im in a weightloss program at my Dr's insistence and the group chat is all people congratulating each other for limiting their snack to three baby carrot sticks instead of four and it's driving me insane).
