This whole RA drama has made me realize: I need a break from Bluesky. Being constantly on it has taken a toll on my mental health, and I need to limit how much time I spend online. I will still make posts every so often on my Akio account and maybe here, but I won't be checking in as often.

I will say this, if anyone attacks my friends for just stating their opinion, you're getting a fucking unfollow and block from me. I have zero tolerance for my friends getting bullied for any reason and if you decide you want to make an enemy of them, then you become my enemy.

This is why Jaye deserves a lot more respect. Also why people on the internet need to fucking do their research before flying into rage over things.

This is so validating to know that it's not anything wrong with me, it's just my brain needs more stimulation.

So during my occupational therapy today, my therapist brought up the idea of a canvas where I write down positive adjectives of myself, and I'm thinking of an art project where I take everyone's positive thoughts about me and write it on an actual canvas.

Looking forward to participating in Inktober for the first time in years. I'm not exactly going to follow prompts or do at drawing every day, but I will do my best to do as many as I can. I'm also looking forward to doing traditional art again in general, since it's how I first started drawing.

Having RSD and an inferiority complex fucking sucks. I just feel like a failure every time I want to do something and end up not fulfilling it.

This is why it's been a mega struggle to even do streams...even though I have so many different ideas in my head. It's also embarrassing to be promoting my stream on marathons but have my Twitch page be blank, empty, or have a stream VOD that's 3 months old.

Anyone that has been/is currently on ADHD medication, please let me know your experiences and if you would recommend that specific one. I'm currently on medication for anxiety, but in the future I'm thinking of exploring medication for managing my ADHD.

I often struggle with feeling like I've accomplished little to nothing compared to other people, and this explains that so perfectly. Although social media has a lot of uses, it can sadly be a contributor to anxiety and inferiority issues.
