Well, that's handy! Because I purchased a new HP laptop a little while ago, I was given a code to get the 1TB Adobe Photography Plan for 12 months for free. Which is useful because Adobe reminded me that the price of my old place was going up from £9.98 to £14.99. Saved a bit of money there!

It's been over 3 months now, but I finally got the test roll of film I shot in this beautiful little camera developed! And the good news is, it appears to work like a treat! No noticeable light leaks from what I can see and the light meter appears to be accurate.

Apparently there’s going to be a particularly strong Aurora show tonight. I’ll probably miss it though by being in bed! 😅

Watched a video on that Caira camera this morning. Needless to say, having to alter images in real time with AI will allow deep fakes to become the norm in photography. You won’t be able to trust what you see in the future when it comes to digital images.

Pretty tired today. Not because I had a late night but because my ginger cat decided to announce his arrival on my bed by climbing on me, and then, at 3am, decided to lie on my shoulder making biscuits on my exposed shoulder whilst purring loudly into my eardrum.

So browsing through some images and then I remembered this one. I took it using an Olympus H.Zuiko Auto.W 24mm f2.8 on my Sony A7R III and it performed better than I expected. Stopped down, its sharp across most of the frame. Definitely not bad for it's size and age!

Watched the trailer for the up-coming Norwegian film Troll 2. Honestly can't tell if documentary or fictional.

Spent the day in Portsmouth today. I considered taking my A7R III but I just love this little thing so much. Small cameras are just so good to carry around! I kinda want to replace the A7R III with the A7C, but R3’s evf and resolution are really nice to have…

Kinda glad I switched from Fujifilm. They do make great cameras but their release of the X-T30 III proves to me why I left that brand. They've lost vision and direction. I can't see any reason for that camera to exist other than a desperate need to release a new camera.

Finally getting the chance to punish those that have wrong me by sacrificing some Custard Creams to the storm Gods. Also, just saying, those custard creams were delicious.

Power has gone out at the factory again because the fuse blew. This is all because the owner has refused to upgrade the power supply into the building (we draw more power than it can handle). Probably going to book a half day because I’m already bored.
