Outside of Osburn, Idaho, a defunct bridge has become a new wildlife crossing. Fencing was installed to funnel wildlife to the overpass, costing $645,000. The bridge will be removed in the next 10 years but residents hope a new crossing will replace it. www.hcn.org/articles/for...
