My big pet peeve with Viktor hurt/comfort is when writers assume thin + tiny waist = damsel in distress Viktor has incredible reserves of inner strength that are completely essential to who he is. He’s a survivor, all his life. He doesn’t break quickly or easily.

I agree. The vast majority of the Jayvik fandom is totally normal and respectful, but these few rotten apples that pop up from time to time end up giving us all a bad name. Thousands of normal, beautiful Jayvik artworks get posted every week, but the 1 questionable work apparently defines us?
