Did a big tough tramp (by my standards) yesterday. Was tired but not critically sore of limbs this morning. Thought I would make sure to do a bit of low key walk to ease through it. Ended up accidentally doing 10000+ steps and now one upper thigh/hip area is strugggggling.

Am I correct in thinking – hoping – that if I am trying to do more exercise of specific kinds that I haven’t in at least a decade, and my ability to participate in those is impeded by mobility issues from an ACC’d injury, I can reopen my ACC case for further physio?
