I don't usually post about negative personal stuff, but in the last few weeks my auntie was put into an induced coma for over 2 weeks resulting in long term brain damage, my mum has been diagnosed with MS, and my dad was taken to hospital last night. Can the universe chill for one fucking minute.

I got diagnosed with GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder) roughly 10 years ago, and while I have the tools to manage it, I have bad days. I worry excessively about mundane stuff, but gaming helps to quieten my brain and relax. I've got video games to thank with helping me get through rough patches ❤️
