My continued poor health and medication side effects meant it took me 48 days to finish this 😆 I loved this dark, often bleak story. The characterisation was mostly sublime. It felt wrong to find these unlikeable characters so likeable Hopefully, this'll get the pages turning

Alien: Earth - S1 E7 - Emergence I enjoyed this episode so much so I could ignore the hint of convenient plotting, the idiocy/naivety of the humans/children, and the man in the alien suit. #AlienEarth is an outstanding series. I hope it's the first of many in the sandbox.

Cronos on the PS5 has really grabbed my attention. Primarily, it's the story that has me hooked. There are some intriguing in-game mechanics I hope to see more of. The game is quite slow, and the combat is a little cumbersome, but it looks to be improving as I level. Such is our calling

#AlienEarth: Episode 6 - The Fly Shifting power dynamics and morality questions made this an intriguing watch. I guess it can only be idiocy that led to things going tits up, yet I still found that somewhat frustrating. Still a quite brilliant series.

The next of the Large Print edition's of Andrew's I want to highlight is 'The Trade Mission.' Of all of Andrew's novels, this is easily the most overlooked. Interestingly, Andrew told me once, this particular cover was one of his least favorites. Any guesses why?

Alien: Earth Episode 5 In Space, No One... Another strong episode that primarily filled holes whilst adding a new layer, especially regarding Morrow Oddly, the Xenomorph is the least fleshed out character and really had a 'man in a suit' vibe going on Still, essential viewing

I've enjoyed the few Burroughs spoken word albums I've listened to. Spare Ass Annie and Other Tales was especially good. I've added Junky to the TBR Pile of Doom as I'd like to start a readthrough of William's work. The beginning seemed a good place to start.
