Did some testing with our first full art prototype of Mirror Agents this weekend. Graphic design needs some fine tuning, but it's looking and playing great.

We are currently in talks with several human artists for upcoming projects. We've made a statement about AI before, but want to reaffirm that we are dedicated to not using AI in any capacity. We believe in supporting artists because each of them brings something unique of themselves to our projects.

A flashback to 2017, when we were first promoting Churrascaria before our very first Kickstarter. Showing it off at our favorite local game cafe, which is sadly no more. Dave also still had hair back then. We've come a long way since then.

Wanted to show off a teaser image for Mirror Agents that will show up as part of one of the player screens. The game is inspired by noir spy fiction. Do you have a favorite spy movie or novel?

We received the final version of The Analyst, and I thought I'd create another progress video to show how it evolved from the initial thumbnail to the final art. This one had very little in the way of changes from the refined greyscale. Love how the lighting worked out in the final version.

Our artist continues work on the characters for Mirror Agent. Here is The Analyst, from the rough thumbnail to this gorgeous grayscale. This sort of progress and refinement is why we will always prefer working with actual artists. We should have colors soon.

A friend of ours at GenCon found out game, Transformation, being sold at the @ipr.bsky.social booth. They have lots of other great games as well, but if you are looking for a little body horror you should pick up a copy.

We've gotten some more initial sketchess in from our illustrator for the asset cards in Mirror Agents. None of these are final, of course, but they are heading in the right direction.

Did this short GIF of the stages of a piece of art for Mirror Agents. Our illustrator, Aster Kordona, begins with a rough thumbnail so we can approve the layout, followed by an initial black-and-white image to further refine it. Then she adds flat base colors, followed by a few detail passes.

In that weird place between kickstarter games being fulfilled and the rest of the shipment moving to our distributors warehouse, and we've gotten a bunch of additional orders in the last 24 hours so packing and shipping those from the house. Next batch going out in just a few.

That feeling when a pallet of games arrives in your garage is pretty amazing. Folks in the US are receiving their shipping notifications, and most of the cases are being sent to a warehouse for distribution. This pallet just arrived at our place, so we'll have some for Conventions this year.

Had a great #TokenCon this year. One of the highlights was hanging out with some of the designers who traveled to the Con, like @drayerink.bsky.social and the wonderful @robertataylor.bsky.social, talking about games and the state of the world. Safe travels as you head home today.

Have any publishers had their games come in from China yet and had to deal with the current tariffs? Getting accurate information seems impossible right now, and based on our math, we could owe more than our freight costs if we have to deal with the new 20%.
