Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe's proposed tax cut bears an eerie resemblance to former Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback's "Great Experiment" 14 years ago. Brownback's "Glide Path to Zero" (income taxes) cratered

Donald Trump and Pam Bondi once again violated the Constitution. They’re wasting your tax dollars arresting journalists — while protecting pedophiles and the murderers of Renée Good and Alex Pretti. That’s authoritarian bullshit.

In 2024, because Republicans ended the state run presidential primary, the Republican party held caucuses that had a couple 100 people vote. Democrats made sure Missourians had a voice; 20,000 people were able to participate, but that's only a fraction of those who voted in 2020.

As we honor Dr. King and those who sacrificed for a more equal America, we remember what he taught us: to remain silent in the face of injustice is to be complicit. In times like these, it is our duty to use our voices and privilege to speak up for those under attack. Choose love, not silence.

Dr. King believed our democracy would only make sense when every child was fed, every mind was educated, and every community had dignity and freedom. That vision is still unfolding. So, on this MLK Day, let us recommit to the work of building the world he dared to imagine.
