🚨 Two sets of rules. One state. Under Amendment 4, a statewide majority of voters could support a citizen initiative - and still lose. Meanwhile, politicians in Jeff City would continue passing legislation the same way they always have. That's not equal representation. Vote NO on Amendment 4. 🗳️

🚨 Amendment 5 is on the Missouri ballot August 4 — and the final ballot language makes something very clear: This amendment is about a lot more than eliminating the income tax. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

A HIGHER BAR FOR VOTERS THAN FOR POLITICIANS Would you sign a contract where the other party plays by different rules than you do? Most people wouldn't. But that's exactly what this proposed amendment asks Missouri voters to accept.

Missouri voters already settled abortion in 2024. Now politicians are dragging Amendment 3 out until November because apparently they still think if they keep asking, eventually they’ll get a different answer. Vote NO on 3 in November to STOP the abortion ban.

Amendment 4 will appear on our primary ballots on August 4, 2026. It would require a majority in EVERY congressional district to pass amendments brought by the people of Missouri — BUT amendments brought by politicians could still pass with a simple statewide majority.

Gov. Kehoe thinks that hiding amendments that will cause a massive tax hike on Missouri workers and strip us of our right to initiative petitions in the August primary election will make sure they go through. Missouri voters will not be fooled! We will always show up for our rights!
