@jon-becker.com Do you know if the 15-day option rule still applies for a pitcher that comes off the MLB IL and is optioned? Like, does the team still have to wait the 15 days to recall them again?

@jon-becker.com Had a rules question and figured you’d be the person to ask… Say player A gets recalled from AAA to replace the spot of player B, who is going on the paternity list. Can the team option player A and bring up another player before player B returns? Or is that not allowed?
