There are so many bad things about the QO having been $22.025M 1. It's an ugly number for spreadsheets 2. I've already seen it mistyped (multiple times each) as a flat $22M, $22.5M, and $22.05M 3. It's really just so, so ugly on spreadsheets. Why must I go to three decimal places?

I'm already seeing some takes, but I'm really not sure we have enough information yet from this offseason to say that players are particularly nervous about a work stoppage — four out of 13 players accepting a QO says more about who was offered the QO than it does anything about next offseason

My tepid take on the Naylor deal: it's fine to be happy as an M's fan, who am I to yuck anyone's yum, but I can't get behind the pretty pervasive opinion that I've already seen many times that they just *had to* bring him back, and five-year deals for far-from-elite corner guys are not wise!
