update on therapy!! it went great!! she’s super nice, and said i’ll have to meet with her weekly for safety concerns, but my mom likes her too! ^^ and she’s like me, and we have similar interests!! she has a fidget box and noticed I was really anxious and let me play with them! ><

unfortunately going to therapy rn!! it’s a new therapist so I’m pretty nervous but obvi I can’t talk to her ab all my issues bc I don’t wanna go to the WARD or PHP again 😖
