Now that my TMNT 90s Farmhouse diorama is finished, I’m already thinking about the next one. Might go for a rooftop diorama that would be perfect for the scenes of Raphael vs Foot Soldiers and Shredder vs the Turtles. Luckily still got plenty of material I can use at work to make it.

Spilled some diesel fuel on myself at work again. Good thing I don’t smoke, or I’d go up like a fireball 🔥

Working on this RTV Kart that keeps shutting off right after it starts (fuel problem). Hoping it’s just the fuel pump, new one comes in today. If that doesn’t work then I’m worried it could be the fuel camshaft, and that’s a whole other headache I’ve never had to deal with before.

Five years ago, Lego delivered the Nintendo Entertainment System, a set I thought would usher in a wave of Lego game consoles. Well, it took five years, but we finally have a follow-up in the Lego Nintendo Game Boy.

Happy to see Man-Bat getting a re-release. The older one was way too pricey on eBay, so this is my chance to finally get one.

New NECA Ben Cooper wave hitting Target now. Only found Predator so far (decided to pass on it) but I’m going to keep an eye out for Pee-Wee.

Toy hunt Friday instead of Saturday this week. Saw there’s a Batman TAS Bane figure listed in stock at a Target in Huntington Beach. Bit of a drive, and sometimes the app can be wrong, but I’ll try my luck. While I’m there I’ll check out a few other stores and see what I can find.

Yesterday spent some time sitting by a pond and recorded some ducks just hanging out (wish I had some bread to feed them). Honestly, it was so relaxing I could’ve stayed there for hours 🦆

These hummingbirds move faster than my camera skills, but managed to get one decent photo.

Finally made it home after 6 hours at Kenneth Hahn Recreation Area and another 45 minutes in L.A. traffic. This time I explored the whole park, walked the trails, relaxed by the lake, and snapped some great photos. I’ll be sharing those in the next few days. All in all had an incredible day!
