Dude, I love Arithmetician in Final Fantasy Tactics. This entire Job feels like dev team had fun flexing their funny variables I once avoided a Game Over cause I made one hide somewhere far away and led the rest to inevitably die on Height 2 tiles so that I could cast Target Height > Prime > Arise

The vacation I set aside for FFT is now at its end. I bonded over Final Fantasy Tactics with my husband over 15 years ago. It was the first game we played together when we finally shed the long distance part of the relationship just 4 years into it. I had every intention of staying. I feel renewed.

I had Dark Cloud 2 and my own game running at the same time, unaware that DC2 was still receiving input from my controller, so I went to go reminisce and mess around and had no idea I timed it well enough that Max's voice jumpscared me LMAO

Final Chapter, Final Fantasy Tactics. The game is better than I remember. Crushed bosses that used to give me issue as a kid with no friction. I have a really good party too, already dealing 300-400 damage (before double-strike). I could probably push to end the game today. Delita would be proud.

I internalized this scene from #DarkCloud2 / #DarkChronicle. Cedric was a father figure for me for a long time in that he was effective in teaching Max here a lot about how to problem solve. I held onto this item invention tutorial line as my philosophy for #gamedev and how I go about new things.

Man. I dunno 'bout y'all, this one checkbox in Aseprite is my most powerful weapon. I've always used my mouse to draw. I don't do as well with a stylus. That's just how I draw. I always knew drawing content that isnt pixel-art will improve pixel-art. But the level of power with this checkbox is OP

I have specific plans for this unused sprite and animation. A save-point sundial is no longer fitting to my brand so it was in limbo now. Now it's something you really shouldn't mess with if you don't understand what you're doing. Trust me. The gem in the center changes color via day/night cycle.

Nothing changed. The void I speak to has two heads now, but followers both great in number (at least similar anyway). Both heads are in their heads a bit too much and keep asking me to do the same. The approach is the same on both: I refuse to follow along. I didn't lose anyone, only gained...!
