Today has been a trying day at work. Someone asked me for expert advice, then completely ignored it and asked one of my associates, who bless his heart asked me and shut the customer up real quick. Then I just had another that I had to tell him that I can't see his purchases about 40 times. Reeeee!

One of my biggest pet peeves is being talked down to like I'm a stupid idiot. Particularly when I am expressing my feelings (and even more specifically my frustrations) about something. People wonder why I get snippy with them.. .maybe kicking someone when they're down isn't such a good idea hmm?
