I have ordered a new heating pad! I do still need money for just... everything though. food, toiletries, cleaning stuff etc as I have no income if it helps as incentive, I can also buy some freeze dried meat snacks for the cats with donations & post photos? at least one of them is here every day

EE keeps sending me reminders to pay my final bill, but my bill is -£1.60 (as in, they owe me £1.60) and it's set up as an automatic direct debit payment anyway. I have no way to even try and pay them negative £1.60 because my account's now closed lmao 🤦🏻‍♀️

need advice. this is the wrist brace given to me by physio. I can't tell it's too small or too big. it cuts in to my thumb. I have to fasten it tight because my arms & wrists are so skinny. if I don't it slides around & doesn't help. I have quite large hands for a woman too 😖 #MECFS #EDS

So the surgery has been contacting my mother about my appointments, including time and date, test results, prescription requests etc. Despite my telling them not to contact her about my healthcare. This is a serious breach of UK law, right? I have no problem with any family reading this (hi!)

I was able to get to my blood test, thankfully. it was extremely unpleasant for other reasons but can't get into that here. at least it's done. I'm sad and feel like shit 🤷🏻‍♀️

suddenly smelled strongly of mouldy potatoes in my room. wandered around looking for the source and then realised there was a ladybird in the hood of my jumper. I put it in the bathroom with the ones that are hibernating or whatever it is they do.

shit. every time I go outside. I think I accidentally adopted a cat that I'm horribly allergic to. I took a bit of water out since it's warm today, but it wasn't impressed. hopefully if I stop leaving food it'll move on to another house 😔

going to try eating some basmati rice, tofu, garlic and herb stock, and carrots. that seems like a safe thing to eat with stomach issues, I think (hope? 🤞🏻)

apparently EE has the best coverage here and O2 by far the worst. so I guess I'll just have to try and cancel the giffgaff rolling payment, attempt to get the £10 refunded, then find another network. probably 1p mobile as it uses EE. and do this all over again! I'm really sad and in so much pain 🤷🏻‍♀️

because I transferred my number I can't even use my old EE SIM until the data runs out next week. it's just... gone. so I'm stuck with nothing, and need to get to hospital. which I now can't. I'm just so fucking tired.

ohhhh my god why is everything so LOUD. trying to set up my TV after it updated and glitched tf out and it started playing super loud music and then some robot voice yelling about connection issues which activated my Alexa that started talking as well.
