Still playing Silksong, still loving it. I’m near the end of act 2. I know I’m slow at this game, but that’s okay. I like taking my time and picking away at it. It still continues to mesmerize me with its art, music, and gameplay. It’s hard as hell sometimes, but I’m taking it in stride.

It’s a big few weeks for the Dungeon Dudes. So many projects we’ve been working on we can now talk about. October 28th - the Drakkenheim finale October 31st - premier of Tales From Woodcreek November 4th - Drakkenheim Daggerheart Kickstarter launch And coming this spring - Seasons of Silence.

And that’s a wrap on Drakkenheim. Final episode filmed. Looks like we can expect the final episode to drop October 28th.

So turns out after 7 years, I am very rusty on guitar, and my fingers need to build up their callouses. But, I am playing again, learning songs, and writing a few riffs of my own again.

The Long Walk was one of the saddest movies I’ve seen. I liked it a lot. Somehow it still was a gut punch even though I knew exactly what the premise was going in.

Progress!!! I love this game. It’s so pretty. The characters are so quirky and fun. The music is incredible. Environments are beautiful. Combat feels acrobatic and skillful. It’s everything I wanted.

We are 8 episodes away from finishing up our Drakkenheim Actual Play series. 3 seasons, 7 years, over 200 episodes. It spawned 3 books. It’s been the most important project of my whole life. I can’t believe it’s coming to a close. I’m so excited, anxious, sad, & many other emotions I can’t express.

Well, there you have it. Officially diagnosed. I have many divergences in my neurons. Multitudes of confused little brainwaves that have been trying their best for years, now labeled and given understanding. Now I can learn, and hopefully grow from here.

Film Rant: We as a society need to immediately stop judging the success of films based entirely on their initial theatre run. We also need to stop making billion dollar movies. Theatres are expensive, & often the comfort of home, the ability to pause, and managing it on your schedule is appealing.
