Rough day. There was a lot of noise on the bands. 4 CW 1 FT4 10 FT8 Happy Thanksgiving, all. 🦃

15 contacts today. I'm still chasing some more CW. 4 CW 7 FT4 4 FT8 (Canada, Central Africa, Ecuador, El Salvador, England, Liberia, Portugal, and Switzerland)

I heard several slow code POTA activators this morning. That's great to see. Some new parks in the log. POTA on!

I switched my main computer from Linux Mint to Ubuntu 24 LTS. I like it much better than Mint. However, my shack computer will continue to run on Mint Cinnamon. 👍🏼

The thunderstorms jacked with my band conditions. I only managed 2 CW contacts. But, both were brand new callsigns for me. 👍🏼

I'm having a hell of a time setting up the audio on WSJT-X on Linux Mint 22.2. I'm used to having Burr Brown sound drivers on the audio. It's not listed in the audio drop-down box. I need help!

Well, considering the bad QSB on 40m, I didn't do too badly. A CW contest must have started. They blew out 40m. 6 CW 15 FT8 (Cuba, Mexico, and Japan. I'll try again this afternoon.

I'm trying out a new to me FT8 software. MSHV 21. It took a few minutes to figure out. So far, I like it. 👍🏼
