Okay, geez, here's some more Lio Rush-related fodder for the TL, apologies in advance: I just it's fascinating to look at Lio Rush's full immersion into this character and how it fits into AEW vs Danhausen and how he's fit into WWE. Esp. when you compare the state of the product of each promotion.

AEW producers need to tell the commentary to minimize how much they talk during Lio's entrance, I feel like he's telling us "the story" but it's hard to hear. "He's been waiting to come back home, to his home. It's not his house anymore. It's never been his house."

After being on BSKY for a while, my biggest pet peeve about this app is the Blocking. It creates these weird "ghost threads" where you see someone arguing at nobody. Personally, I'd like to see both sides of a discussion before deciding for myself if a post/person is worth blocking. Just my $.02

Last night was amazing. And judging from the videos & pics my friends have sent me I outwardly reflected the same. I have zero chill, a strong ability to suspend disbelief & immerse myself, a loud mouth, and a very emotive face. And this is why I love #aew wrestling. I still haven't watched.

Folks, you all like AEW because of its more "sports-like" presentation. The thing that MOST people watch professional sports for is to watch an underdog take down a juggernaut. We watch a month-long basketball tournament hoping to see some small school knockout a traditional powerhouse.

Thekla's presence and presentation is unmatched. Kudos to AEW for putting the belt on her and letting her loose.

I scroll through my TL and I keep having to stop myself from responding to some of these takes. The predetermined outcome of a fake fight is somehow also fake?

I've posted this before but I genuinely feel that a lot of #AEW fans are watching a different show than I am. The booking has been pretty coherent if you actually pay attention. I can comfortably say that at no point over the past year or so have I watched Dynamite or Collision and felt lost.

For the most part I find @fightful.com's Alex Pawlowski tolerable, but sometimes I find his schtick pretty grating. Tonight is one of those nights. We get it, you don't like Darby. Sorry, bud.
