played some SSX On Tour on stream and it's really fucking crazy that videogames broke off whatever path it was on to make eight boring Sekiro-likes in Unreal 5 per year, instead of continuing to make literally anything that resembled the games space that allowed SSX to exist

I don't want to go into details for personal reasons, but basically, I started to think heavily about my life & how little I've done, why I struggle w/ doing certain things, what can I want/need to do to improve my life, etc. Left me in a very dour mood, & I'm still not feelin' 100%. (1/2)

Not gonna mention too much about this year other than that I've been stagnant. Barely draw anything for myself, been very slow w/ commissions, & that's just art stuff. While I can blame perfectionism, stress, overthinking, IRL, etc. comes down to it, it's all on me, & only I can fix that.
