The Lords debated the safety of cyclists this afternoon, and it was ā with a few exceptions ā as crap as you'd expect. Mix of victim blaming, poor understanding & assumption that zone 1 London is a valid national example. DfT minister Peter Hendy was disappointingly bad as well.

Make no mistake, everything thatās happening in the United States is being significantly enabled by the right wing oligarch capture of media. Every other country needs to do everything possible to keep that from happening where they are. Including protecting the CBC from Poilievre here in Canada.

There is a serious failure in UK govt, politics & media to take sufficiently seriously what Musk said & meant with "fight back or die" = Violence (interethnic civil war) is inevitable so pre-emptive violence - vs migrants, minorities & political opponents - is necessary to avoid existential erasure

The prusa mk4s was a pleasure to build. Fairly complicated, took a couple of days. Fantastic instructions. Flawless prints to start with. Products was severely let down by the supplied faulty usb stick. Took hours to trouble shoot as I was not expecting this was the problem.
