I've had it with stores, now everything I can get online, I will. I selected 3 things in Sainsburys Stratford, asked if there is an assisted checkout (conveyor belt) & was told 'we don't do that'. I'm currently half blind & can't see/read those screens. I put my stuff down next to her and left.

The courier company for my latest online purchase want to know how my delivery went. Do they really want to know how he stuffed the corner of my small parcel in the letterbox, with most of it on show outside, and didn't even knock? It could have been there for days if I didn't have to go out.

Good grief, this country is proper mental. I just read that an 86 yr old man in Skegness spat out a leaf that blew into his mouth, and was stopped by enforcement 'officers' for littering & fined £250, reduced to £150 on appeal. And yet the whole country is swamped by rubbish and nothing is done. 🤬

I've just had the most ludicrous letter possible to get. A 'no (tv) licence needed' declaration. After reluctantly filling it in (all 'no') it said I need a licence 🤔. So I called them & spoke to a robot. And still with the threat of 'a visit'. I hope the BBC disappears off the face of the earth. 🤬
