#pathfinder2e Necromancer just has so much flavor. It's gotta be in the Top classes that have abilities that make you wonder why the enemies aren't just quitting with a "Nope. Not paid enough. Not dealing with THAT shit."

Another thing that's great in the full release #pathfinder2e Necromancer that was teased is the Command Thrall is it presumably works with the handful of grave spells that spawn special thralls like Conglomeration of Limbs. So while those were kinda iffy in playtest they are presumably improved.

Something i overlooked in the @knowdirection.bsky.social article is that only puppeteer Necromancers get Consume Thrall now but that's because it's no longer serving the same role at all really. Playtest Consume Thrall was your Psychic style fast regain FP but you can pop it in a fight. 1a = 1 FP

I played with the mentioned changes tonight in my campaign and by jove they've made the #pathfinder2e Necromancer even cooler and smoother somehow. Thralls not being hard walls anymore is a big hit but with how many more you can get early on that's totally fair. Just... everything is so cool!

I like this small lil guy from #pathfinder2e High Seas. It's a flotsam horror and it's undead by proxy of being an amalgam of souls that were trapped in the debris of a tragedy at sea. It's lv4 but has some abilities you might not be used to seeing around that level like a swarm mode.

I would really like art for this item by #pathfinder2e High Seas is a very compact book of less than 150 pages so there's no room really for art of a turquoise scale hooded cloak that gives aquatic creatures the ability to survive on land for a week before it needs to be dunked in water.

Some might wonder what is the difference between Undersea Privateer from Hellfire Dispatches and Marine Marauder from High Seas and to put it simply UP is more about the ocean as a terrain and MM is more of a combat style archetype using nets, ropes, & the environment. #pathfinder2e

When grippli came out in Mwangi Expanse I feel like they came out horribly incomplete but then they were updated to tripkee in Remaster & given a bit more to alleviate that issue. In #pathfinder2e High Seas there's a new heritage and 5 feats (2 at lv1) and they are all good. Grippli FULLY served.

Anchoring Air from #pathfinder2e is a fine example of spells that scale in power with slot availability. Rank 4 for something that's roughly a common martial feat but trades guarantee for a higher ceiling might not seem that mighty but there's a pretty good reason this is R4 and not lower.

Cecaelia was one of those #PF1e options I was always wanting to find a game for and briefly played as. Glad to see it appear in #pathfinder2e It's a type of merfolk with 5 higher land speed and a equal 10ft climb speed plus you can Step in nautral difficult terrain.
