I still say that ACNH should do what New Leaf allowed players to do with their old town's progress and catalogue, and give them the option to convert it into Bells for the new island. And since people seem to be restarting a fair bit (I've done this myself once), it should be an option.

And I'm done with my Platinum solo at last 😊 Clefairy was level 74 at the end. It took some doing and a few tries, and X item boosts were needed. But I got there.

I made it to the Elite Four on my Platinum solo, and Clefairy is level 69. This will not be easy, but it has a damn sight more coverage than Pikachu. Still worried about how the battle with Cynthia will turn out.

Good news on the Platinum front. I got 7 badges, Clefairy is level 61 (overleveled I know), and the best part is I caught Giratina in a standard Poke Ball 🥰

Update on my Clefairy solo in Platinum. Maylene has been taken down, and I have 4 badges! Now that those two Gyms that had an advantage over me are done, I can continue and maybe dip into the special movepool from now on 😊

ALBW Zelda. I really liked Hilda and the concept of her attempting to steal the Triforce from Hyrule to save her own land, and seeing Zelda and Link make a wish for Lorule to get their own Triforce back shows wisdom and kindness that we all need to see more of.

I managed to beat Fantina on my Clefairy play, and it took a while. Since my only attacking option was Magical Leaf and I had no way to boost it, I had to shore up my defences with Cosmic Power and use a Dire Hit for those important crits. Still going good though 😊

This sounds about right. I prefer Fairy, but I have more of a history with Grass.

Update on my rainbow wedlocke of Sapphire. Beat Brawly in an unexpectedly tough battle using Gyarados and his boyfriend Mightyena to stack Intimidate drops, but his Bulk Up made it tough to damage him. First time I ever used Mightyena though. Let's see how the rest of this play goes.
