NB I-5 ROLLING SLOWDOWNS TONIGHT Beginning at 9pm Thurs (2/19), expect rolling slowdowns on NB I-5 between Arlington and Stanwood. These will allow crews to shift traffic from a 2-lane bypass road back to its normal 3-lane configuration after fish passage installation.

Work now underway on NB I-5 at Old Fairhaven Parkway (MP 250) in Bellingham with the right lane closed. Maintenance crews will perform guardrail repair until 4 pm.
