Thoughts on Donkey Kong Country Returns HD: I’ve never played any version of this nor any DK game, and even though it seems that a lot are harsh on the port-job, I think it’s a great (& challenging) platformer w/ a great soundtrack. Excited to play tropical freeze. Hate time trial loading times tho

12/08/24 Game Finished: The Plucky Squire Short Review: Inspired by Dunkey’s video, I was interested in the 2D/3D dynamics and it didn’t disappoint. Though sometimes the mechanics felt too forced, the writing and art style made up for it in the end. A charming game and hope the studio does more.
