Last night reminded me of why I do this work & why I push for holistic organizing. We are poised to see a progressive Mayor, VM, & sympathetic council.

urbanism rooted in class privilege (the privilege of having the means to cut and run if you can) is inherently reactionary and conservative. we will never achieve liberation through class analysis that cedes the basic premise of societal transformation to the status quo.

We were tired of folks not asking questions that mattered to students in Nashville. Because of this, we created our own questionnaire & issued our own endorsements at @tnstudentunion.bsky.social. This took a lot longer than expected, but we're thrilled to have finally released everything!
