Customer needs to fill out a waiver as it's his first time going back on the range. I hand him a QR code to scan. C: "What do i do with this?" "Scan that with your phone's camera to fill out the waiver." Customer, very confused, then holds up the QR code to me, expecting me to scan it for him.

Customers state their red dot sights isn't working on their AR-15. I go back onto the range, clear the weapon, and look through the sight. No dot. I turn the illumination dial on the side of the optic to -turn on- the optic, bright as day. Three adults couldn't figure out how to turn a dial.

Customer says the sights on his new Sig 320 are off. I take it back and shoot it to verify. 3 shots at 21 yards. Nah, they good.

"The slide on my pistol is jammed" I go back to see the weapon cleared, magazine on the bench, and the slide locked back. I push down the slide release and the slide goes forward with no issue. "How'd you do that?"

Now I can finally start posting all of the dumb shit people will say to me or ask me at the gun range. I can catalogue the stupidity in real time.
