If you do not have one, use Psychology Today to find one. Their search filters, such as insurance, are great. Heck, you can even find those who are willing to take Zoom appointments. Of course, look out for therapist red flags.

I heard about what's going on, so here is some advice that could help. Please bring up being ABDL to your mental health professional and discuss it with them. That way, you will have back up in case of an arrest via false accusation.
