Lindsay Newbold @ukceh.bsky.social used leaf washing to sample #eDNA from old, planted and regenerated trees. Distinct communities associated with tree hosts found. Oak trees supported much higher arthropod diversity. Indicator species for oak and pine #UKDNAWG25
