It's strange with music. I connect songs and artist so much with the people ive shared that music with. Its nice, but also a curse. There's so much music I can't listen to these days cause it reminds me of my ex. I find new music, I'll create new memories to old favourites. But it takes time.

How I hate that lingering feeling of melancholy. I try so hard to focus on the small things that brings me joy. But still, my brain feels numb, and a knot of anxiety aches in my stomach.

At home again, drinking tea in my lovey kitchen. I think I'll sit here tonight, listen to music and read my cards for a bit.

On my way home on the train. It was a quite good weekend, but It will be nice to be back to the peace and quiet of my flat. Hopefully next week will be alright and go by quite fast. Maybe the weekend will bring some sweet company and time to just relax.

At my parents place, my childhood home, with my kid this weekend. Its nice to see my folks, but always a bit challenging to be here. My mother keeps calling me my old name, and its like I become another person. Not myself.

Feel happier than I've been in a long while. I know things will still feel hard, that I'll fall back down, doubting myself and everything. But right now it feels like im gonna get trough this. Im gonna focus on that feeling.

Feel much better. Some crisps, a pint and a good book, plus a fast walk to the shop, changed my mood a bit.

Fuck you anxiety. Hade a lovley afternoon with my friend and we talked a lot about our recent breakups. Its good to talk about it with somebody who understands, but unfortunately it wakes a lot of emotions and anxiety. Its like somebody pushed a button. Need to handle it. Might go for a walk.

Having a calm Sunday. Kiddo has gone over to his dad. It still feels a bit strange to not have him here all the time, but I start to get used to it. A friend is coming over soon to hang out for a while. Its always nice to meet new people that you instantly feel comfortable around.

I love Halloween, but this year I can't seem to work up any real joy for it. Was planning to do a small ritual, even wrote it down, but i just feel so tierd, old and worn out. I look at myself in the mirror and do not recognise myself. I want my spark back. #witchsky

Me and my son went to see Mckinley Dixon at Debaser. Anazing gig!! So much energy and good vibes, both from him and the crowd. It was my 13 yr olds first real concert, so felt extra special. He enjoyed it alot and it was great to experience that with him. ☺️

18th november im back on the Stand-up stage for the first time in over a year. Don't know if its just a temporary return, but it feels good anyway. Guess I have to write some good breakup jokes now. 😂

It's such a nice feeling when you're afraid that you're "too much" and a new acquaintance tell you that you're not.

Went to my friends birthday ritual in a cozy cabin. Every guest brought different dark or ghostly stories and read them out loud by candle light then blowing out the flame when their story was finished. Such a great idea for a gathering. Very atmospheric and powerful.

Always follow your intuition! Tonight it lead me to a very pleasant place. Both mentally and physically. This was exactly what I needed.

Another view on my way home as I took the bus instead of the train. Lots of railroad work this weekend so travelling takes a bit longer. The view is beautiful though. Foggy fields and dull autumn colours.

Got so happy when I decided what to cook for dinner; fries with melted cheese, veg-bacon, chili and red onion. Sooo hungry. Just gonna survive the busride home. 🙂

Painted my clay plate wuth markers. I think im gonna buy some gold and silver pens and fill in some of the lines with, to make it a bit more luminous.

Started to play the first Bioshock game on my old PS3 this morning. I've only ever seen others play it, so its exciting to finally try it myself. I choose easy mode, cause I just want to be able to have fun with it. So far it's good! Really like the atmosphere.

Sitting in the autumn sun on my balcony, drinking coffee. Took a lovley walk with my son, and soent some time in our nearby park. This week has been much better than the last. Hopefully things will keep feeling better each day.

Survived another day. Some days are easy, others a black hole of despair. I've started looking at The Midnight club at Netflix. Saw the first two episodes when it came, but then I forgot about it. Gonna see the whole season now, its really good!

Keeping the distance to my ex feels like having abstinence. I want to be frirnds with him eventually, but right now I need to have a few days when I don't text him. Maybe I should post a symbol in this tread every time I think of texting him. 😂

So good to have my son here. He's playing good music, dances with me and keeps me in a good mood. He's the best damn kiddo in the world! ❤️❤️❤️
