My embracing of gender diverse folks is rooted in Ancestral coding, human rights, science, care, and community. Your denial of gender diverse folks is rooted in colonial coding, bigotry, ignorance, fear, and elitism. We are not the same.

Even if you voted for him, you can still change your stance on things. You can still uphold humanity, dignity, and ethics. You can still change to give others a chance.

Keep living within your Ancestral memory, my Two Spirit & Indigenous Trans and Gender Diverse Relatives. Colonial rule cannot and will not ever break our Ancestral memories and coding 🪶🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

To escape the paradox of tolerance, you need to shift the value away from tolerance being the essence of morality. If someone says to you, “you’re intolerant of my [intolerant] beliefs about queer people.” Just say your morality is not determined by tolerance.

I saw a conservative person state that progressive people like to fear monger via “cancel culture,” yet they fear monger via canceling human rights. They fear social rejection and we fear our human rights being taken away. It’s not the same, boo.

“Love the sinner, hate the sin” is just the dehumanization of the 2SLGBTQ+ community with better PR.

For folks who follow me and wonder why I speak on human rights and think I’m divisive: I am not problematic for speaking on division, I am simply communicating the problem of ongoing division.

I asked Creator for growth and healing. So she invited me to look into areas of discomfort and pain. She asked me to speak to them. And damn, they had a lot to say, and didn’t ask for much. They asked for validation and care. This is how you alchemize the dark parts 🖤

Gratitude should be a way of being instead of using it to absolve people from knowing the truth of the first American Thanksgiving 🍁🍂
