AEDEI opens two calls that will support quality research in the field of Irish Studies in Spain: the Eibhear Walshe Research Grants. One call funds one pre-doctoral project, and another one supports a postdoctoral/ senior research project. Deadline for applications is open until 15th September.

Last week, project member Dr. Iria Seijas Pérez attended the 23rd AEDEI conference at the Universidad de Huelva, where she talked about sapphic terminology in Irish YA fiction with wonderful colleague David Sotoca Fernández from Universidad de Extremadura 📚📝📒

Today marks the end of yet another wonderful and enriching AEDEI conference surrounded by dear friends and colleagues. Always a pleasure to come back to our academic family.
