Here's this year's Greek vasilopita ("St Basil's bread"), eaten on New Year's Day. It's basically challah with mahlepi (the ground pit of a kind of cherry), mastica (pine resin), and grated orange rind. I used challah braiding, then spoiled it by adding the year on top in ropes of dough. #breadsky
