BREAKING: the U.S. District Court in D.C. has found that Trumpâs firing of former NLRB Chair Gwynne A. Wilcoxâs firing was unlawful, and ruled that she must be immediately reinstated to serve out the rest of her term as a board member. She was appointed and confirmed to a 5-year term in 2023.
