Night shifts. On night shifts I take my break to go for a run. 5k runs. I did my first race a month ago, 45:09 to do it .. Tonight I finished sub 40 minutes. I'm very proud of myself. Beautiful with the stars out as well. Great music to accompany me.

Be consistent they say. I'm a registered nurse in rural Canada, going home can be a luxury. Mandated overtime once my shift is over is a thing. I tried to do a great job with nurses week this year. I'm active in my children's lives. This is why I'm not streaming or YouTubing a lot this month.
