sometimes you get what you pay for, like the cheap Danish Blue I bought on the weekend that was just about tasteless and an unpleasant texture... ended up throwing half of it away always invest in decent cheese

had Esrom cheese today for the first time... love the soft and smooth flavour, especially as it looks a bit bland but really has a good slap of taste in there - a new fav

today's selection was a Costello Blue - super creamy and quite light for a blue, with the occasional sharp tang
